Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL)is India’s most professional electronics company which works under the Ministry of Defense. Online applications were started by issuing advertisements on 28th February. You will have to complete the entire process of filling out the form before 13th April, otherwise, you may be deprived of this recruitment. Whatever candidates will be selected, they must have medical insurance cover of Rs. 2 lakhs and life cover insurance of Rs. 5 lakhs will also have to be submitted at the time of joining.
Those training engineers who are already working in any unit of Bell are not eligible for this form. Even if they have applied, their application will be canceled. Before applying, candidates must read all the instructions because once the fees are deposited, they will not be refunded.

Selection Process for BEL Trainee Engineer (TE) Recruitment 2024
- Candidates will be selected through a Written Test for shortlisted candidates, followed by an Interview, but only for those who qualify in the Written Test. The location for the Written Test / Interview will be communicated later.
- 85% of the marks will be based on the written test, while 15% will be based on the interview. Candidates who pass the written test will be invited for an interview in a 1:5 ratio based on merit in each category.
- The names of candidates selected for Written Tests/Interviews and final selections will be posted on our Company’s website.
