Government of Andhra Pradesh, Commissioner of School Education invites applications for Teacher Recruitment Test(TRT) 2024 for the posts of School Assistants(SAs) and Secondary Grade Teachers (SGTS) in Government, Zilla Parishad, Mandal Parishad, Municipal, Municipal Corporation and Tribal Welfare Schools in the State.

AP TRT Recruitment-2024 for 4,579 SA/SGT Posts Details:
The application format is available in the CSE website from 12/02/2024 to 22/02/2024.The eligible candidates can apply through online for recruitment to the posts of School Assistants (SA) and Secondary Grade Teachers (SGT), in Government, Zilla Parishad, Mandal Parishad, Municipal, Municipal Corporation and Tribal Welfare Schools in the State.

C. Tribal Welfare Department (Ashram Schools):
The persons already working in Government Service/Autonomous bodies/ Local bodies /Government Aided institutions etc., whether in permanent or temporary capacity or as work charged employees are required to inform in writing, to their Head of Office/Department that they are applying for this recruitment.
Application Fee:
The applicants have to pay a fee of Rs.750/- towards application processing and conduct of Recruitment Test (for each post separately) through Payment Gateway from 12/02/2024 to 21/02/2024. The last date for payment of fee is 21/02/2024 and last date for submission of application in online is 22/02/2024. On receipt of fee the candidate shall be issued a ‘Journal Number’ with which he/ she can proceed with submission of application online. Issue of Journal Number does not mean that the candidate has completed submission of application online. It is only a confirmation of the fee received.
The step by step procedure for submission of application through online will be given in USER GUIDE on website (http://cse.ap.gov.in) which will be made available from 12/02/2024. The post-wise vacancies in each district will be available in web site (http://cse.ap.gov.in) from 12/02/2024.
AP TRT Recruitment-2024 Age:
No person shall be eligible for direct recruitment to the post of Teacher if he/she is less than 18 years of age and not more than 44 years of age as on 1st day of July of the year 2024 in which the notification for selection to the relevant post, category or class or a service is made. However, in case of SC / ST / BC/ EWS candidates the maximum age limit shall be 49 years and in respect of Physically Challenged candidates the maximum age limit shall be 54 years.
Upper age limit for Ex-service Men: A person, who worked in the Armed Forces of the Indian Union, shall be allowed to deduct the length of the service rendered by him in the Armed Forces and also three years from his age for the purpose of the maximum age limit.
Education Qualifications:
Post Graduate Teacher (PGT): 215 Posts
Academic Qualifications: Two-year integrated Post Graduate or Master’s Degree with at least 50% marks in aggregate in the subjects as specified as under.
TET Qualification: The candidates applied for all categories of TGT posts, must have qualified in A.P.TET/CTET (or) its equivalent as the rules in force.
Physical Director: 13 Posts.
Professional Qualifications: Must possess B.Ed in the concerned subject recognized by NCTE (or) equivalent degree with Methodology in the concerned subject from UGC recognized University.
Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT): 1264 Posts.

Computer based Written Test:
The Computer Based Test will be conducted in all districts. A candidate shall appear for the Computer Based Test in the district in which he/she seeks recruitment (or) in adjacent districts of neighboring states.
AP TRT Recruitment-2024 Syllabus:
The syllabus for TRT -2024 is hosted in the Website (http://cse.ap.gov.in). The candidates may download and prepare themselves accordingly. The syllabus/topics given are only suggestive/indicative but not exhaustive.
Pay Scale:
During the period of apprenticeship, the selected candidates will be paid a monthly stipend prescribed by the Government from time to time. On satisfactory completion of the period of apprenticeship, he/she will be appointed to a regular post with a regular scale of pay.
Hall tickets Download:
Hall tickets will be generated for the candidates who are qualified in the AP TET only can appear for Teacher Recruitment Test (TRT)-2024.The Information Bulletin will be available on website (http://cse.ap.gov.in) from the date of notification which can be downloaded free of cost.
